    The Fort Nelson & District Chamber of Commerce would like to thank all the candidates who put their names forward to serve the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality in the recent municipal election.  

    We would especially like to thank all our past Mayors and Councillors for their hard work and dedication to our community. Thank you to Bill Streeper for serving as Mayor for the past 16 years and to Todd Osbourne and Doug McKee for their years of service as Councillors.  Whether we have agreed or not on a specific issue, the Chamber of Commerce is truly appreciative of the working relationship we have established with Regional Council and we have enjoyed working with each of you.  Thank you for your dedication and service to the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality!

    Congratulations to the newly elected Regional Council!  The Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to working with you for the next 4 years; continuing to promote the region and working to bring new economic opportunities to the Northern Rockies.
