Chamber letter to Premier Horgan regarding ''Proof of Vaccination'': 8/26/2021

The Fort Nelson Chamber of Commerce has written to the Provincial government asking that they reconsider the recent announcement of a "Proof of Vaccination" order that is scheduled to begin September 13^th, 2021.

We understand that individuals may feel strongly either in favour or opposed to a proof of vaccination requirement and we are not speaking to whether a program is appropriate however we are opposed to the government rolling out a program on the backs of our business community,  The burden of administering this should not be borne by business who may already be struggling to survive.  

Please remember everyone is doing the best they can and be kind.  Business, our friends and community need our support!
