'Trust has to be earned': David Eby sworn in as B.C.'s 37th premier
British Columbia’s new premier David Eby took his oath of office Friday, November 18, and immediately set the tone for a domestic agenda replete with commitments to improving housing affordability, access to health care and the transition to a decarbonized economy. The premier also acknowledged all those intermingling issues will brush up against global and geopolitical unrest seen around the world, from worldwide inflation to war in Ukraine and trade tensions with China.

Wellbeing and resilience in senior leaders. A playbook for action.
Leaders frequently experience heightened levels of stress, which has only been magnified by the pandemic. This needs to be addressed, especially as leaders with seniority, such as those in the C-suite, often feel unable to reach out for help. To assess the full impact of the pandemic on the wellbeing of senior leaders, Deloitte Canada and the LifeWorks Research Group conducted research in the spring of 2021 and released a study in July 2022 on the findings.
