WorldHost Remarkable You! Workshop

WorldHost Training Services, a program of Destination British Columbia and Northern British Columbia Tourism Association have partnered with various delivery organizations across the North to offer “Remarkable-YOU!”, a FREE large-scale customer service training initiative that will leave a lasting legacy!

There are no prerequisites required to participate in any of the WorldHost workshops. All Participants will receive a WorldHost certificate and pin.  When 60% of employees have completed a WorldHost workshop, your business receives a WorldHost Recognized Business Certificate and a window decal. The certificate and decal are designed for display so that your customers know that your business is committed to excellent service.
 
The industry recognizes the life span of WorldHost certification for 2 years. Any WorldHost workshop can be completed (face to face or online) to regain certification.
