    Downtown Revitalization Project:  Krista Vandersteen & Radha Adhikari
    The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality is undertaking a planning process to prepare a Downtown Revitalization Plan for Fort Nelson. This plan intends to support long-range goal-setting, visioning and planning to improve the downtown’s livability and increase its attractiveness to new businesses, residents, and tourists. A series of public and stakeholder engagement sessions occurred in the summer and fall of 2022. At this meeting we will be reviewing where the project is and looking for feedback on concepts and ideas to help define the final plan.
     
    Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw Update:  Gabrielle Jacob & Jasmine Glaves
    The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality is taking steps to update Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw No. 21, 2010. This bylaw review is intended to create clearer processes and procedures that better support the business community. To that end, we will be providing information on the bylaw review process and will invite feedback about how you would like to see the bylaw updated. Information received will help inform the bylaw review while ensuring the perspectives of the business community are incorporated.
