Canada Day Festival

Tuesday morning, join us for the annual community parade starting at Dan's Pub & ending at Art Fraser Park, all hosted by the Elks!

Following the parade, people of all ages can get temporary tattoos, play in our inflatable equipment, try their hand at some carnival games and enjoy the park! Free hot dogs, beverages, sno-cones, popcorn, watermelon and chips will be available thanks to Overwaitea! Plus, don't forget the cake!

There will also be a Volleyball Tournament! Teams of 6 or more must be registered no later than Friday, June 27th; there will be prizes awarded for the winning teams! Here are the rules: Must be 16+ to play, each team must have at least 6 players, each team must have at least one female, a female must be on the court at all times and all teams must be there at 12:00pm to hear the rules and get their team schedule.

This will be a wonderful day in Art Fraser Park! Fort Nelson will come alive with the feeling of a community block party. Bring the whole family to enjoy wonderful live musical performances by Paradise Lanes!
