The Fort Nelson Visitor Centre is easily accessible from the Famous Alaska Highway. Located in the Lamplighters building at 5430 50th Ave North. The Fort Nelson Visitor Info Centre is open from mid May - early September. During the summer season, the Centre is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 7 days a week. The Visitor Centre offers a variety of informative brochures about the community, the region and the province. We welcome you to stop in for a complimentary coffee and for the 'must sees' in our beautiful region and province.

In the winter months, the Chamber of Commerce office located at 5315B 50th Avenue South is able to assist you with your travel inquiries.

Complimentary show in June & July Monday - Thursday at 6:45 PM.

Join us for a picture show and conversation as volunteer ambassadors tell you about Fort Nelson all the region has to offer. You may meet a trapper one night or speak to the RCMP another.

This is a complimentary show open to everyone and held at the Visitor.

Are you organizing a bus tour? We are able to offer a special show if a volunteer is available. Give us a call.
