• Government Considering Taxing Health Benefits: 1/16/2017

    The Department of Finance is considering taxing extended health benefits. Currently employer sponsored health benefits are not taxable.  If this tax is implemented Canadians may be at risk of losing their coverage if their employer can’t afford to keep them insured or cost Canadians hundreds or thousands of dollars in additional taxes.
