    The Chamber of Commerce promotes Shopping Local.  Local businesses are the largest supporters of our charities and events – we see zero return from out of town business.  Local businesses donate unselfishly to the many events held in Fort Nelson and when we support local business the community as a whole wins through more selection and more employment opportunities.  As a business or an individual - supporting your local economy just makes sense.
