The NRRM has initiated an evaluation of zoning bylaw No. 729,2008 which could affect businesses currently being operated as home based on property zoned residential, rural residential or agricultural. The Chamber continues to be actively involved in discussion and in gathering information.  The Fort Nelson & District Chamber of Commerce has not taken a position on this issue however is working to ensure all businesses are treated fairly and business owners have easy access to information to stay informed on the process.
